IAF Chief Attributes Operation Sindoor's Success to Political Will
Air Chief Marshal AP Singh of the Indian Air Force (IAF) highlighted that Operation Sindoor’s success stemmed from clear political will and operational autonomy, enabling mature strategies without external constraints. The operation effectively targeted nine terror hubs in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir, destroying several assets, including fighter jets, while showcasing the significance of technological advancements like the S-400 missile system. He emphasized the crucial coordination among the Army, Navy, and Air Force, facilitated by the Chief of Defence Staff and National Security Advisor, which maintained strategic restraint and avoided escalation despite the operation’s success.
