J&K Police seek Interpol notice for doctor linked to terror module.
Jammu and Kashmir Police have requested Interpol to issue a Red Corner Notice against Dr. Muzaffar, a doctor from Kulgam involved in a white-collar terror module recently dismantled in Faridabad, Haryana. His brother, Dr. Adil Rather, was arrested after an AK-47 was found in his locker at a medical college. Dr. Muzaffar fled to Afghanistan after the module was exposed, having previously traveled to Turkiye with other suspects, one of whom was killed in a recent blast near the Red Fort in Delhi. This incident underscores the ongoing challenges India faces in combating terrorism and the need for international cooperation to address cross-border terror networks.
