Tri-services exercise Trishul enhances readiness in Arabian Sea, western sector.

The Indian Armed Forces are currently engaged in the tri-services exercise Trishul, which is taking place across the western sector and the Arabian Sea, culminating next week with large-scale amphibious drills off the Saurashtra coast. Running since October 30, the exercise aims to enhance operational readiness and inter-service synergy, involving tens of thousands of personnel and a myriad of military assets. Notably, this exercise follows India’s Operation Sindoor, showcasing its capacity for integrated military operations amid heightened tensions with Pakistan, particularly in the disputed Sir Creek region. The exercise emphasizes India’s commitment to robust national security, projecting power across land, sea, and air domains while preparing for potential threats in the region.
