Amit Shah vows to detect and deport all infiltrators for national security.

On October 25, 2025, Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed a rally in Khagaria, Bihar, vowing to detect and deport every infiltrator to safeguard national security ahead of the crucial Bihar Assembly elections. Shah criticized the opposition INDIA bloc, singling out Rahul Gandhi for allegedly protecting infiltrators through the ‘Ghuspetiya Bachao Yatra’ campaign. He asserted that the NDA government, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, had significantly reduced heinous crimes—murder cases fell by 20% since 2005—ending the lawlessness of past regimes like Rashtriya Janata Dal’s “jungle raj.” Shah emphasized that this election would decide Bihar’s future path—either continuing development or returning to instability. He accused the opposition of opposing the special intensive revision of electoral rolls which aims to cleanse voter lists of infiltrators. Shah’s rally highlighted the NDA’s commitment to Bihar’s growth, law and order, and national security, urging voters to reject the opposition to ensure a stable and prosperous Bihar. The Bihar Assembly elections are scheduled for November 6 and 11, with results on November 14.
