Lt Gen CG Muralidharan takes charge as Director General of Army Medical Services.

Lt Gen CG Muralidharan has officially assumed the role of Director General of Medical Services (Army), succeeding Lt Gen Sadhna S Nair, who retired after over 40 years of esteemed service. An alumnus of the Armed Forces Medical College, Lt Gen Muralidharan brings a wealth of experience as a radiologist, having held various command and staff positions across operational theatres. His leadership will prioritize holistic medical care for service personnel and veterans while enhancing the medical readiness of forward establishments amid evolving security challenges and technological advancements.
