India enhances humanitarian aid to Afghanistan during Muttaqi's visit.

India continues to strengthen its humanitarian support for Afghanistan, delivering additional food supplies in response to the recent earthquake that affected many lives. During a meeting in New Delhi with Afghan Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar emphasized India’s commitment to aid Afghanistan’s development, announcing the handover of five ambulances and upcoming projects, including medical equipment and vaccine supplies. Muttaqi reaffirmed Afghanistan’s desire for strong bilateral relations, ensuring that its territory will not be used against other nations. This engagement underscores India’s role as a key partner in Afghanistan’s recovery and reflects its broader strategy of regional stability and goodwill through humanitarian assistance.
