In a heartfelt ceremony at South Block, Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi honored three long-serving civil staff members for their exceptional contributions to the Indian Army’s administrative excellence. Nand Kishore, with nearly 40 years of service, and Ganesh Parihar and Pinku Choudhary, each with over 15 years, were recognized for their vital behind-the-scenes roles in maintaining operational efficiency.
