President Droupadi Murmu commemorated the Diamond Jubilee of the President’s Bodyguard (PBG) at Rashtrapati Bhawan, celebrating 75 years since the regiment was officially designated in 1950. The event showcased the equestrian prowess of the PBG, with impressive displays of show jumping performed by its elite horsemen, who have clinched over a hundred medals in various competitions. During the ceremony, the President presented the PBG with a Silver Trumpet and Trumpet Banner, emphasizing the regiment’s storied history and professional excellence.
