A senior Border Security Force (BSF) officer, Inspector General Ashok Yadav, has indicated heightened infiltration attempts by terrorists at launch pads along the Line of Control (LoC) in Kashmir, particularly before the winter months. He emphasized the challenges these groups face due to the robust alertness and preparedness of Indian security forces. Yadav noted that while terrorists aim to exploit inclement weather for infiltration, the BSF and Army effectively dominate the area through advanced surveillance technologies.
