India and Myanmar have enhanced their strategic ties through the Second Annual Defence Dialogue held in Naypyitaw, emphasizing military training, capacity building, and post-earthquake assistance. The discussions, led by India’s Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh and Myanmar’s Chief of Armed Forces (Training), Major General Kyaw Ko Htike, underscored the importance of cultural goodwill visits.
