The Indian Army has signed a ₹223.95 crore contract with Axiscades Aerospace and Technologies for 212 advanced 50 Ton Tank Transporter Trailers, enhancing operational mobility under the ‘Aatmnirbhar Bharat’ initiative. These indigenous trailers, featuring hydraulic ramps and steerable axles, are set to improve logistical efficiency for field units, acting as a significant force multiplier.
