The Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE) has successfully delivered the survey vessel Ikshak to the Indian Navy, marking the third of four vessels in this series, crucial for operational preparedness and vital survey data collection. This accomplishment highlights GRSE’s status as a leading shipyard in India, having delivered 75 warships to the Navy. Additionally, the S P Mookerjee Port in Kolkata has commenced commercial operations at the Century Ports Limited Terminal, a significant public-private partnership that modernizes the historic dock system and enhances connectivity for cargo operations.
