This comes amid record defense production and exports, highlighting the government’s push for indigenisation through initiatives like “Atmanirbhar Bharat.” Apollo Microsystems has also diversified by acquiring IDL Explosives, enhancing its capabilities beyond defense technology. The company’s advancements, such as the Vehicle-Mounted Counter-Swarm Drone System, showcase its critical contributions to India’s strategic needs, aligning with the government’s focus on self-reliance and modernization in defense.
