External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar is set to visit Russia from August 19-21 to strengthen the India-Russia Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership. He will co-chair the 26th Session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation and address the India-Russia Business Forum in Moscow. Additionally, Jaishankar will engage with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to review bilateral agendas and discuss regional and global issues.
